Mountain Acquisition Company hired ASTUTE to help turn around the operations of Apex Security, a Colorado company serving the mountain resort areas of Aspen, Vail and Summit County. A primary focus of the engagement was to gain control and enhance the financial management systems employed by the company.
A decision was reached within a few months to implement SedonaOffice, an integrated business solution designed specifically for security companies. ASTUTE managed the project from start to finish. We carefully defined Apex's requirements, designed the chart of accounts, set up the master tables and application parameters, oversaw the conversion of data from MASterMind, created financial statements, trained the Apex staff and documented work flow processes.
