United Systems (Denver, Colorado) called on ASTUTE to restructure its chart of accounts in SedonaOffice and fully deploy Job Management, Service Management, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Purchase Order and Sales Management.
United had been using SedonaOffice for recurring billing only and wanted to eliminate its other systems, including Peachtree Accounting and a stand-alone job management database system.
United is now using the full suite of SedonaOffice modules and is pleased to have archived its legacy systems and multiple databases. In addition, ASTUTE augmented standard SedonaOffice reporting by developing custom reports in Microsoft Access and Excel.
